I think someone is getting potholders from Christmas in my family.

My 80-year-old grandfather will like that mug since he loves to drink coffee every day. I’ll try to make a version that suits his taste and character. The handprint designs are good. Maybe I should take my grandpa’s own handprint to make it more memorable.

I love concept number 6! In fact, I have an idea: I’ll make a letter to my dad with the handprints of all my children in it, including their personal messages to him. That will definitely be heartmelting! I’m making one like that the next time I go to him for a visit!

That sounds wonderful Cara! Glad to hear you like the idea 🙂

My favorite one is last photo. I think that merely signifies the cliché, “It’s the thought that counts”. Nonetheless, our elderly are the most appreciative individuals on Earth, and I’m sure that any of these ideas will definitely be valued, and loved, with a peck on the forehead, by our grandparents. 🙂
