Below you will find a tutorial for creating the thumbprint dinosaur cards, each with a fun dinosaur saying to go along with it.
Fun Dinosaur Thumbprint Card Craft
You'll need:
- white cardstock
- ink pads in various colors
- markers
You're DINO-mite! Saying
Use the child's thumb to create a large sideways oval print for the dinosaur's body. Use their finger to make a small round fingerprint above and slightly off to the side from the oval thumbprint. Let dry.
Add a neck, tail, and legs using markers. Draw on a mouth and eye.
Write, "You're DINO-mite!" or another cute dinosaur saying across the top.

This makes a cute sibling fingerprint card idea. Use the steps above and have both children create their own thumbprint and fingerprint dinosaur on the same card.
