Mrs. Karen of Mrs. Karen's Preschool Ideas, made this neat handprint picture as an end of the school year project with her students. She made a Handprint Momma Bird with her hand and a Handprint Baby Bird with each kid. She wrote "It is time to spread your wings and fly!" on each one as well. Such a unique, fun idea- I absolutely love it! Be sure to stop by her post to read the full concept and see the Handprint Father's Day Card they also made. She also has this FABULOUS giant mural idea that her and another teacher made with their students also as a unique end of the school year keepsake project.
