This is Thanksgiving craft is simple to make!
How To Make The Hand And Foot Turkey Craft
I traced around my son's bare foot. I have seen it done with shoe tracings instead, but like the look of his little footprint and thought if anything, the toes make it look feathery. I traced around his hand onto a thin piece of cardboard. I cut this out and used it for the hands on this project and for another one. I glued the orange hands down first with just the bottoms of the palms touching and the thumbs facing the bottom ~ the thumbs will create orange feet. Next, I glued the greens hands and then the red hands. I placed the brown foot tracing in the center and adjusted it so some of the orange thumbs (feet) were showing. Lastly, I drew in the facial features and lightly colored in with colored pencils of the corresponding color.
How To Make The Handprint Corn
I placed my son's hand on yellow paper in a closed position and then traced around it. Cut the yellow hand out and glue it to the background paper. To make it look more interesting, I placed my son's painted yellow fingerprints all over the hand to create kernels. I outlined each fingerprint with a yellow colored pencil. Cut leaves out of green paper and glue to the handprint corn.
