I like how everything looks except the angel's face or maybe it's because he has no ears! Anyway, I originally saw this idea while browsing through UsBorne Books. The cover of one of their books has a way cuter image of the handprint angel than the one I did.
Three A's and a C sent me a link to this ADORABLE hand and foot angel she made - a definite must see and it doesn't involve painting!
