Little Giraffe's Calendar This is the very 1st handprint calendar I ever saw and it inspired me to make one with my then 13 month old. Each month has a theme with a cute poem to go with it.
Katie's Nesting Spot This one is adorable! It also has a poem for each month. She explains how she created hers and also has time saving tips for making them with a class.
Bible Handprint Calendar 1 There is a printable calendar template for each month complete with a different bible verse for each one.
Bible Handprint Calendar 2 This one has different bible verses to go with each month's themes.
Signing Time Calendar They have a whole Hand-y crafts section! Scroll down to the Keepsake Calendar. Every month has detailed instructions and even book suggestions to go along with each month's themes (how cool is that!)- some months have poems to also go along with it as well.
