Instructions for 'Rock On' Paper Hand
First, trace the child’s hand on the black paper with all fingers outstretched (not touching each other). Cut out.
To create the ‘Rock on’ hand sign, simply glue down the middle finger, ring finger, and thumb. You’ll need to crease the finger and hold it down for a few seconds until the glue sets.
Paper Hand Holding Microphone Craft
Trace the child’s hand on the red paper and cut out the hand shape.
Next, cut out the microphone from the banner template.
Color the microphone with the grey marker. *TIP: first draw vertical and horizontal lines on the top of the microphone (the circle part), then color it in to make a more realistic microphone pattern.
To make the hand hold the microphone, glue the microphone to the red hand so the top of it is between the thumb and pointer.
Now glue down each finger so it looks like the hand is holding the microphone.
This would be cute to give dads as a card too! Kids could give it as it or gue it to the front of of folded paper to create a fun card.
Handprint Paper Guitar Craft Instructions
Let’s start on the guitar. First, cut out the guitar template. Color the circles.
Now take the white construction paper, have the child put their middle and ring fingers together with all the other fingers outstretched. Trace and cut out.
Next, use the marker to draw a rectangle on the palm area near the bottom of the hand. Finish creating the guitar strings by following the string lines from the guitar handle down to meet the rectangle you drew.
Cut the thumb off the hand to form a better guitar shape.
You may outline the guitar with the black marker to make it stand out more. Kids can also decorate it however they like with designs or stickers. The paper guitar craft is complete.
