Sweet Printable Memories Keepsake for Preschool Graduation

Join us today for  a preschool graduation printable that makes a treasured keepsake for years to come - for parents, grandparents, and your child! You may also like this printable 1st day of school interview too.

Printable Graduation Keepsake for Preschoolers

How is it that my little sweet baby is already nearing the end of preschool? SHE WAS JUST BORN YESTERDAY, right? Well, if yesterday was 5 years ago. I literally can not believe that in just a few short months she will have preschool graduation and we will be preparing for kindergarten. Time has surely flown by!

In the last five years she has grown from a sweet little baby who needed me for everything to an independent ball of happiness with her own opinions and interests. As she grows even more these interests and opinions will change, probably drastically. As a mom it is hard to really remember every detail. The only reason I remember what she wore home from the hospital is from pictures, same with the first food she ate, the first time she rode her bike, or the first day of preschool.

Pictures are perfect for remembering how things looked and sometimes the pictures can help you remember a whole day. I like to remember little details, though. Ones that may not end up in pictures. That is why I created this Printable Preschool Graduation Keepsake. I like to remember her favorite color, food, or movie and what was or her favorite memory.

Graduation Keepsake for Preschoolers - includes place for handprint, photo, and a mini interview!

The end of the school year tends to be so busy! I get wrapped up in events, classroom gifts, teacher appreciation gifts and everything else that happens that I forget to do the sweet keepsake things that can last a lifetime. This year, I started  a little early so I don't accidentally forget and miss out on such a great tool for keeping memories alive. We love keepsakes and so do her grandparents. We made our own Look Whoo's Graduating Handprint Owl craft to give to them and they flipped with excitement!

I printed the forms, grabbed a marker and sat at the table with my little girl. Since she isn't quite at the level to read too many words yet, I read the questions to her. As she answered them, I wrote down what she said. I made sure not to coach her answers since I wanted to get her real answers.

There's also a place for a photo. I glued on her school picture from that year, but you could also use one from graduation or around that time. Be sure to use glue that is acid-free so it doesn't turn yellow over time.

We also used a marker to trace her handprint in the empty box on the second page. Who doesn't love looking back at little one's handprints? If you are as obsessed as me, you'll probably like this keepsake as well.

Compared to 5 or 10 years from now, she will seem so little. Her answers will most likely be totally different and so will her photo, but her handprint will still be so sweet and cute. This keepsake can help parents remember their child's favorite things from this time in her life, as well as a few memories of school itself.  We'll definitely look back and start oohing and aahhing over the memories.

How incredible would it be to start a binder with pages just like this for the continuing year?! When she graduates from high school we'd have a full book of all the years of her school!

Don't forget the teachers who helped get your little one to this point. They are truly super. This DIY superhero candybar teacher gift or these colorful teacher gifts may be just the right thing for them. Thanks for joining us! We hope you and your little one love this preschool graduation printable as much as we did 🙂
