During the Autumn season, it's fun to decorate our homes with leaves in different colors. With Thanksgiving falling in November, if you add a few turkeys and pilgrims or Native Americans you can create this cute paper Thanksgiving banner! It's made with hand shaped leaves, turkeys, and pilgrims.

Traced Hands Paper Banner Instructions:
Gather the craft supplies needed and choose the colors you plan to use for the construction paper.
To make the leaves, trace the child's hand on red, orange and yellow construction paper. Cut out. Use the markers to give the hand traces some leaf-like veins.
For the turkey, start with a hand traced on white paper. Color the palm brown, and each feather a different autumn color. Finish the turkey with a google eye, beak and some feet.

Finally, arrange all the handprints along side of a long piece of twine. Attach each paper hand cutout with a mini clothespin.
